Complaints
You can make a complaint at the coffee shop, verbally or in writing, by email (info@kaffeinist.hu) or by post (Kaffeinist Kft., 1211 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 48–50. A lph. 1. em. 2.). We look into verbal complaints straight away, and if we can’t settle one on the spot, we make a written record of it. We reply to written complaints in writing within 30 days. The customer complaints book is available in the shop.
